This processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest by the Ministry of Ecological and Inclusive Transition under article L.318-1 of the Highway Code, article 37 of the law of 17 August 2015 on energy transition, decree no. 2016-858 of 29 June 2016 on air quality certificates, the decree of 21 June 2016 establishing the nomenclature of vehicles classified according to their emission level of air pollutants pursuant to article R.318-2 of the Highway Code and the decree of 29 June 2016 on the procedures for issuing and affixing air quality certificates.
The data on the management of the issuance request are kept for 3 years from their collection. Indirectly identifying data relating to the Certificate are stored for 20 years. The production data files are stored for 60 days.
Within the limits of their respective attributions, members and authorised personnel of Imprimerie Nationale (data processor) and the Ministry of Ecological and Inclusive Transition in charge of the AQC have access to your data.
The information collected is only used internally (except in cases of legal requisition). It is not leased, sold or given to other companies
